Serve on the Survey committee
This committee is called upon to contact different schools in the district to gather information we need to further our goals.  Examples or what we might have you ask:  Does your school have a working dishwasher?  Are a la carte items being served?

Start an Eat Wise Kids Club 
One of the most rewarding things we've done to date is create a kids club.  We would like to give all the children in the district the same gift, and we need your help to do it.  Read more about Eat Wise Kids Club.

Volunteer Staffing
Help us staff booths at local health fairs and PTA meetings. 

Parent education
We will begin to prepare material aimed at the parents of Taft students.  This material will tell the parents about the upcoming changes, why it's important and how they can be involved.

Student education
Changes towards living healthier at Taft has already begun.  We would like to further this by keeping the students informed of changes coming, continuing the messages of eating and living healthier and ways they can be involved in the changes occurring at their school.

Community liaison
Help us keep the community informed of progress made and phases of the project starting.
